The FLOW Training and Certification is a four-day training process to help you know how to guide others in knowing their Original Design. It is based on the core design principles of XEALOTS. This experience helps you to do FLOW consultations and customize a personalized journey of development for each individual. This is a requirement for those who have further aspirations to be certified as a XEALOTS trainer or guide.
In order to partake in the FLOW Training and Certification process, it is required to have completed the LIVE! Experience.
The FLOW Training and Certification process is separated into two portions. The first portion is Class Instruction, which takes up the the first two days, in a classroom/workshop style training session on the FLOW process. The second portion is Certification, where you actually have the opportunity lead two FLOW consultations and write two Strategic Plans under the watchful coaching of a FLOW Guide/Coach. If you take only the Class Instruction portion at this time, you will be able to take the Certification portion at a different time.

Classroom Instruction and Certification*: $500

*Taking the certification segment of this course does not guarantee that you will receive certification.
*Please note that we will need a two week's notice for any cancellations for a full refund. We will not be able to provide a refund for any cancellations within two weeks of the first day of training.
